Bio
It is well known that the world is a dangerous place. This is why the Hidden Villages of the Shinobi were established, to protect their nations and the peace between them by way of stalemating each other out of war. The success of this plan has had varied success over the centuries, sadly. Alliances were formed, betrayals were committed. New factions emerged from obscurity to seize power, and once-great nations faded from memory as they were destroyed in a senseless bid for illusionary control. All too often shinobi were killed in senseless skirmishes, and for that their remaining peers would exact retribution. War, as all men know, is a never-ending cycle of hate and destruction.

What is not well known, however, is that there is a final Hidden Village. Life and Death are not so absolute as many assume; there are shades of grey, where one is half-alive and half-dead, half-real and half-faded. There is the Underworld, where the Hidden Village of The Dead sits. This is where dead shinobi come first, no matter where they hail from originally. From here they must prove their soul's worth; they must be weighed and judged, and only then may they go on to their truly final destination. They must work for their new village, they must climb through the ranks to greatness, they must follow their true natures to the very bitter end. While it would be reassuring to believe that all prejudice and every grudge is stripped from one's consciousness after stepping off the mortal coil, this is not entirely the case. A certain sense of distance is gained - the ultimate hindsight, really - but emotion still lingers to cloud judgement. Limbo was never meant to be a fun existence.

And if this isn't enough, there are always the other residents of the Underworld to deal with...

What is not well known, however, is that there is a final
Hidden Village. Life and Death are not so absolute as many assume;
